Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the line manager to assist in identifying the recruitment needs & sources
  • Design and manage the recruitment process for all recruitment level
  • Fully utilize & explore all direct sources of talent, e.g. job fair, social media, employee referrals, market research and other innovation channels
  • Compile analysis report for management's review
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

  • 設計和管理所有招聘職位的甄選流程
  • 利用和探索所有招聘方法例如就業博覽會,社交媒體, 員工轉介,市場研究和其他創新渠道
  • 準備分析報告以供管理層審查
  • 協助處理臨時性質的工作

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Management and other related discipline
  • 1~2 years of recruitment or relevant experience 
  • Be critical thinking, well organized and detail-minded
  • Can independently manage priorities and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a MUST
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
