Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-stop recruitment services from posting job advertisement, conducting interview, offer confirmation and contract signing for property management division 
  • Liaise with external parties for recruitment activities and participate in mass recruitment events
  • Handle staff referral program and trainee program
  • Conduct market survey for bench-marking
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review
  • Join various work groups and committees for staff activities and any assigned ad-hoc tasks


Position Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances
  • At least 4-5 years' relevant work experience in sizable firm for mass and high-volume recruitment 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment
  • Great team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
