Our client, a global ship management company located at Wanchai is looking for a HR & Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on all the HR matters relating to staffing, including recruitment, employment cycle, on-boarding, exit interviews, etc.
  • Maintain all HR employee records/paperwork, ensuring the HR employee files contain all appropriate and accurate information at all times
  • Discipline documentation for shore employees of the Company
  • Daily operations of HR team and staff relation
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 1 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from sizable companies / MNC
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other HR legislations
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Be able to communicate and work efficiently with different levels of staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Self-motivated and a team-player
  • Be able to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office in particular Excel, Words and PowerPoint
