Responsibilities

  • Assist the management in formulation of HR strategy, annual business and operations plan
  • Prepare HR management reports and presentation materials for management review
  • Assist in centralized HR services including employee onboarding and offboarding, HR records maintenance, database administration and other people administration processes
  • Support the formulation of training plans and coordinate with external training service providers for delivery of training courses
  • Assist in HR policies and procedures review and make recommendations to improve the overall operational efficiency
  • Provide support in the implementation of HR policies and the delivery of HR projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Translation, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience preferably in the financial services industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate)
  • Good business reporting skills to produce management reports and PowerPoint presentation materials with experience in Chinese reporting highly preferred
  • Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
