Manufacturer of artificial flowers and seasonal items with headquarters in Hong Kong and various manufacturing plants in China for US and European markets – we are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES/RECRUITMENT OFFICER – with details as follows :
  • Degree or above preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 5 to 6 years of in human resources with focus in recruitment
  • Experience in recruiting overseas staff is highly preferred
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Business level of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Report to the Human Resources Manager
  • Work closely with business units to understand their recruitment needs, requirements and budget
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, interview, offer negotiation to on-boarding
  • Identifying effective recruitment channels and marketing strategies to attract talents across the business units by using multiple recruitment channels (such as : career websites, social media platforms, career seminars, job fairs, referral programmes, etc.)
  • Handle the application of working visa in China/HK for the new foreign staff
  • Provide consultative and operational support to HR managers on talent acquisition and employee relations matters
  • Handle various recruitment and employer branding related projects
  • Assist in organizing new employee orientation
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned such as staff relations and activities
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
