Salary (HKD) $14,000 - $18,000 / month

Our client, a renowned coffee brand, is looking for candidates of high caliber to join their Customer Phone Specialist Team.

They offer:

- 5 days work week

- Working hours: 9:00am-6:15pm

- Attractive bonus and incentives based on performance

 

Responsibility:

- Work in a in-house call center to handle incoming phone calls

- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

- Solve inquiries and complaints according to instructions, help with the registration process, order-taking and problem-shooting on phone

 

Requirement:

- 1 year experience in call center/ customer service field

- Hospitality/ concierge / bank call center background is preferred

- HKCEE/ HKDSE or above

- Proficient in both Chinese and English

- Patient, friendly, courteous with good communication skills

- Able to articulate clearly on phone with decent phone manner
