The Job
- Client: A Listed Property Developer
- Position: Legal Counsel
- Responsibilities: Reporting to the General Counsel, the major focus will be on corporate and commercial - Provide legal advice and support to different departments; Review and comment on terms & conditions, contracts with vendors, business partners and other external parties. Handling claims and disputes arising from development projects, etc.
- $80K+. 5-day, medical, bonus, allowance.
Requirements
- HKSAR admitted solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
- Strong experience in corporate and commercial
- Relevant experience in property & construction industry will be an advantage but not a must
- Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
