The organisation is also one of the largest employers locally, totalling 23,000 full time and part time staff. They are currently looking for an IT Assistant Project Manager to join the team. Candidates must have infrastructure project experience, hands on experience not necessary. Good communication skills in English is highly preferred.

With the revamp on their internal infrastructure, they are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with good communication skills to assist in their projects.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure all IT project follow the internal guidelines and processes
  • Gather user requirements
  • Stakeholder management
  • Successfully assist and monitor the IT project to the line manager
  • Support the IT's financial planning undertakings
  • Manage team in relation to process modelling and document/agreement on requirement management

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Engineering or any related degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management in Infrastructure
  • PMP or Prince certification is highly preferred
  • Digital project experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proactive attitude is a must
