 Requirements:


•        Degree holder or above with major in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information System or IT-related fields
•        Minimum 4 years in web-based/ client application development/ network/ infrastructure design and implementation
•        CCNP, CISSP preferred
•        Hands on experience in PC, servers, network, security appliance, infrastructure administration and support
•        Experienced in managing security appliance, systems administration
•        Strong trouble shooting, problem solving and communication skills
 
Responsibilities:


•        To design, implement and maintain system, network and infrastructure (e.g. internet, Firewall, VPN, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Email, Windows servers, security appliance, storage/backup, network switches, voice and data communication application, etc.)
•        To act as team lead or project manager for IT projects
•        To provide subject expert knowledge on network, infrastructure and security appliance
•        To work and manage vendor to resolve network/infrastructure incidents
•        To identify technology gaps and drive network/infrastructure improvement initiatives
•        To develop system documentations to ensure smooth network/infrastructure operation
•        To coach and mentor team members
•        To support company IT audit and compliance
•        To support daily operations and helpdesk functions
