Role Purpose 

The Inside Sales Executive role will be responsible for aggressively driving sales performance and overall profitability across the key team and achieve sales growth target and maintain customer loyalty.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pursuing sales generating opportunities from existing or new customer accounts through telesales/marketing effort.
  • Drive customer acquisition through research, prospecting, callout and conversion.
  • To achieve the daily and monthly sales target, search for new business opportunities in existing accounts through the identification of new contacts and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct lapse customer to search for new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls into targeted accounts to promote RS products, Sales & Marketing Campaign and other relevant activities to drive sales.
  • Supporting Field Sales on answering call and quote when they are out of office.

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and have a passion to investigate into issues and resolve problems.
  • Promotes respect, teamwork and diversity, values differing opinions and approaches and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
