Institutional Advancement Officer
Office of Institutional Advancement and Alumni Affairs

The appointee will be required to assist in organising fundraising activities, programmes and donor networking activities. He/She will be responsible for collecting and analysing data, assisting in maintaining effective liaison with donors, planning and implementing various donor networking activities and fundraising events, and maintaining the related information system.

Requirements
Applicants should have (i) a recognised degree; (ii) a high standard of written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) good organisation, communication and presentation skills; and (iv) at least 1 year working experience. Work experience in organising events/fundraising activities and project management will be a definite advantage.
Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Salary and Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
