Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and address customers' enquiries effectively
  • Discover customers' needs and improve service standards
  • Maintain and build good relationship with customers
  • Handle customers' written enquiries


Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Prior 2-3 years experience in call center environment
  • IIQE holder is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and passionate in customer service
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
