Our client is a global retail brands with in-house design team in Hong Kong and Shanghai. They are going to expand their HK design team and is looking for an interior designer with retail project experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project creative solutions for street and shopping mall retail stores, as well as department stores in the Asia region.
- Responsible for presentations to both internal and external parties
- Produce detailed design package and 3D renderings
- Provide solution to construction.
- Design and document thoughtful and practical small-scope solutions in response to retail and maintenance needs.
- Ensure project progress matches timeline & construction schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers & contractors
- Compose creative &bespoke design solutions that extends upon client’s established and distinguished approach to retail architecture and design.
- Embed self within the global design world, by remaining informed on captivating contemporary and historical design precedents and imparting this knowledge to the wider team.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design or Architecture
- Min 4 years relevant projects experience in retail/ commercial projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, are also highly desirable
- Genuine interest & passion for small-scale retail projects
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel if necessary
- Available immediately will be an advantage!
