Responsible for supporting Team Supervisor in the implementation of various projects, in particular cultural exchange projects. Duties include project coordination and logistics, liaison with artists and different parties, preparation of online and offline publicity materials, committee papers and meetings, as well as general administrative work.
Requirements:
- A university degree with at least 3-year experience in project coordination, preferably in arts sectors or cultural exchanges initiatives
- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, strong analytical skill, well-organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and strong adaptability to situations
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in PC operations (MS based applications and Chinese Word Processing)
- Knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, Flash or experience in managing websites and social media platforms will be an advantage
- Well understanding and strong interest in arts scene in Hong Kong will be an advantage
