Reports To: Sales Director, BuyAssociation (Hong Kong) Limited

Located: Central, Hong Kong

General Summary: We're looking for an experienced results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Experience of selling UK Property being a distinct advantage. As a leading Property marketing and Media business operating for over 13 years in the UK, leads will be generated for you and it is within your remit to progress those leads 

 

  • Present, promote and sell Property utilising a consultative approach
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer from leads generated through company marketing activity - No cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Progress leads to sale
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and gain an unrivalled knowledge of the market
  • Continuously improve through feedback 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an International Property Sales Consultant - UK Property Experience Preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Must be fluent in English, Cantonese - Mandarin an advantage
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent advantageous
