Zasia Limited is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, self-starting and results driven junior International account manager (European Key Accounts) to join its successful team, with a good strategic knowledge of the European toy sector. The candidate must be a tenacious, eager, reliable, team player that is able to demonstrate the ability to excel at all aspects of account management such as: effective range presentations, problem solving, strong communication & negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to improve market share for existing and new product lines
  • Identify new target markets & develop strategies to enter them
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales budgets
  • Manage existing accounts (top tier distribution/retail partners globally) and creating new customer relationships
  • Communicate with internal parties to meet delivery schedules
  • Coordinate samples and prepare/provide customer presentations
  • Participate in overseas trade shows: London Toy Fair, Nuremberg Toy Fair, New York Toy Fair, Melbourne Toy & Gift Show and Distoy (London) are the key trade shows where we exhibit annually

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in sales & marketing / business management preferred in Toys sector
  • Detail and a strong sense of pro-activity
  • Possess strong leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Multiples languages speaker would be an advantage (German, French and Spanish)
  • Degree holder or above
