  • Japanese design, manufacture and marketing of own brand lifestyle bags products
  • Key products : fashion handbag, camera bag & case, cosmetic pouches & box, casual bag and backpack etc
  • Products are produced by integrating outstanding Japanese craftsmanship with a refusal to compromise artistic quality
  • Market focus : US, Europe, China, HK, Taiwan, Asia Pacific
  • We are looking for INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of International Sales and Marketing experience for Asian & overseas markets in fashion, handbag or fashion accessories
  • Experience in brand owner is highly prefer
  • Experience in lifestyle or fashion brands is a plus
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of consumer Marketing and Premium brand management
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), additional languages (Chinese, Japanese, European languages) would be a plus
  • Report to the President who is based in Japan headquarters
  • Developing and growing the sales of our cosmetic and casual handbag business outside Japan (focus markets: USA, Europe, Greater China, Asia Pacific)
  • Responsible for defined overseas markets
  • Coordination shipping and handling outstanding payments from international accounts
  • Distribution of all product publications to the overseas accounts
  • Compiling international monthly sales reports
  • Attending and presenting at sales review meetings
  • Managing new product launches
  • Developing sales plans and working under defined budgets
  • To coordinate and implement international sales activities with the Marketing team in Japan Headquarters
  • Investigate & analyze sales and business trends and reporting to the Production and Design team
  • To liaise with the Production team regarding inventory planning
  • Supervise Sales Team of 3 members
  • Regular overseas travelling is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 14 days; starting from 5th year 18 days
