Responsibilities: 

  • Arrange daily check on system data and follow up on the data accuracy and transaction completion.
  • Support with investigations relating to inventory accuracy
  • Develop and maintain internal audit program for inventory accuracy
  • Monitor and report adherence to established inventory controls and processes
  • Manage cycle count program by supporting with investigating inventory, identify trends and root causes to inventory inaccuracy.
  • Track and review cycle count results and inventory adjustments
  • Assist team activity during peak season
  • Perform ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned (e.g. onsite support at exhibition centre)

 

Requirements: 

  • DSE or above
  • 1-2 years of working experience, inventory checking & monitoring experience is desirable
  • Accurate and efficient input of data
  • Good verbal and written English & Chinese, conversational Mandarin.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese input
  • Critical thinking mindset with error or fault finding ability
  • Careful, serious, organized and detail-minded at work.
  • Positive and responsible, able to work as a good team player.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight schedule
