Responsibilities

- Develop and broaden the size of AUM in the platform through engaging in sales and client relationship management

- Acquire new customers and solicit business opportunities by conducting a complete KYC and understanding the financial situations & expectations of clients

- Deliver effective communication and understanding with clients to recognize and manage their needs

- Provide on-going portfolio supervision and make a suitable recommendation or solicitation by applying the market view from in-house research

- Promote the company value and platform features to clients via face to face meetings, client seminars or marketing events.

- Ensure all selling activates including regulated activities are in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related discipline is preferred;

- Candidate is expected to possess extensive customer contacts that qualifies for retail and high net worth segment

- Superior knowledge of investment & insurance products and financial markets

- Qualified for registration as a Securities Intermediary (Relevant Individual) and Insurance Intermediary (Technical Representative of Insurance Agent)

- Strong analytical skills and solid track record in developing relationships with customers

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
