Our client is a high-profile investor currently seeking a recruit an Investment Manager. The Company has an impressive track record for across asset classes in Hong Kong and Overseas.
You will work closely with top management, with key responsibility for financial analysis and evaluation of real estate and general PE investments in HK, Asia and other overseas markets. You will conduct relevant due diligence on potential investments; as well as cover portfolio management for existing investments to maximise financial performance.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- A degree in Business or Finance related discipline
- CFA qualification is essential
- At least 8 years of experience within investment banking, PE investment, fund or related businesses
- Strong financial and investment analysis skills, including complex modelling
- Track record of acquisition, origination and transactions
- Self-motivated, highly organised and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese
