We are currently looking for an administrator to provide quality secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executive and the department. You will be responsible to carry out following duties:

 

  • Provide all-rounded quality secretarial & administrative support to the Senior Executive and the department;
  • Provide assistance in departmental finance month-end closing exercise, and assist in the preparation of departmental budget.
  • Coordinate departmental purchases following predefined procurement and approval procedures.
  • Manage meeting, appointments and other events to ensure effective communication channels with stakeholders internally and externally;
  • Maintain business correspondences, confidential documents and information timely and properly;
  • Prepare necessary reports, summaries and materials for effective meetings and presentations;
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and tasks where necessary.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Higher Diploma or above in relevant disciplines;
  • Around 3 years’ experience in performing secretarial and administrative duties;
  • Proactive, detail oriented, independent and excellent team player;
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken of English and Mandarin.
