Business Analyst

The Position:

  • Liaise and communicate between stakeholders, IT application team and various parties for projects, new products, compliance, and business initiatives
  • Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into system requirements
  • Work with development team to develop efficient system workflow
  • Manage projects of different scales; coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
  • Responsible for Business Requirement Document (BRD), Integration Testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT), Functionality Testing, Regression Testing, User Training, System Change Request, System Interfaces, Reporting and participation in all phases of system development life cycle
  • Manage project implementations and IT issues / incidents

 

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of five years solid experience in project management, system implementation or business transformation, preferably in Financial Service Sector
  • Experience of agile software development lifecycle; from requirements gathering and functional specification, to development, testing, and delivery
  • Strong self-motivation and creativity, with excellent project management, communication and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
