Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple and complex IT/business projects consisting of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of product from concept to post implementation.
  • Monitor the project from initiation through production, interfacing with the sponsor, stakeholders, and customers regarding initial delivery.
  • Utilize visual management system to monitor progress of projects.
  • Manage the development stage of the system life cycle, including but not limited to planning, designing, developing, acquiring, documenting, testing, implementing, integrating, project communication, change management, and maintaining and modifying IT/business systems.
  • Translate information, process and workflow findings and requirements into detailed specifications for new or enhanced systems.
  • Analyze information requirements throughout the enterprise.
  • Document information requirements and all related processes in both current and desired future state.
  • Coordinate and facilitate work groups involved in the analysis, selection and implementation phases

Job Requirement

  • Degree in in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering and/or industrial engineering or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years experience of ERP implementation in manufacturing environment
  • With ERP functional experience in one or more areas: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production planning and execution, Warehouse Management or Transportation
  • Able to translate business needs to effective, simple IT solutions while working with a variety of business processes and leaders
  • Solid experience in vendor management as well as software development life cycle
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX is preferred
  • Good influential skill to partner with middle and senior managers to achieve business goals
