  • 1st tier Help Desk(Phone/Email)at customer’s site
  • Respond to incoming IT related Requests via phone and e-mail
  • Responsible for internal escalation in timely manner
  • Follow standard guidelines and procedures to resolve customer service requests such as:
    •  Password initialization
    •  Operation of computer and other devices
    •  Operation of basic applications (MS Office and etc)
    •  System failure and trouble isolation
    •  procurement arrangement


  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1-3 years’ service desk and/or desk-side support experience
  • Ability to follow standard helpdesk procedures and quickly redirect problems to appropriate resources when needed
  • Basic understanding of MS Office
  • Good oral and written English communication skills
  • Capable of writing business correspondence and present information and respond to questions from internal users
  • Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills and ability to handle high demands
