About the company:
Our client is a celebrated Hong Kong listed company. They are looking for an IT Helpdesk Operation Lead to oversee operation team. In this role you will lead the service team to provide quality service to end users and handle reporting duties. You will also partnered with Infrastructure team to work on different projects to improve user experience.


  • Degree holder with major in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 10 years or above IT support experience, with supervisory experience
  • Excellent knowledge about Microsoft Products and Office 365
  • Certificate holder such as ITIL is a plus
  • High proficiency in both speaking and writing Chinese and English
