  • Coordinate daily support issues of various sites within the hotel to ensure systems are operational with high degree of reliability
  • Install, maintain administration and support of software (e.g. Backup and email system) and computers
  • Build up a secure e-mail system and gateway with spam protection
  • Plan, develop and implement new systems for the hotel
  • Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan, and coordinate with outsider for technical support if needed
  • Develop, control and process the IT network security policy
  • Inform associates particularly the senior management of current and future IT activities and projects so that they have a clear understanding of IT plans
  • Yearly conduct inspection of the computing and networking systems to make sure that they are running in excellent condition
  • Supervise subordinates are performing their duties in accordance with the hotel’s procedures maintained
  • Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary



  • University graduate in Computer Science/ IT or related disciplines with demonstrated ability to develop creative IT solutions
  • At least 5 years solid IT managerial experience preferably in Hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in IT infrastructure, systems programming, Unix, Oracle database, WAN/LAN network management, operations and security management
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter with proven project and vendor management skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity
  • Good written & spoken English and Cantonese
