Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the acquisition and implementation of ERP and other application projects
  • Play a key role in IT vendor selection and management
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and user representatives to implement new systems
  • Perform business process analysis, business system requirement definition for implementation of ERP and other systems
  • Conduct research and evaluation on new product and innovative technology for procurement and corporate adoption
  • Manage the application team, external vendor and related project processes
  •  

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience gained in property developers or sizeable organizations, with at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Solid project management skills, preferably with PMP, Prince2 or AgilePM qualification
  • Strong experience in end-to-end implementation of ERP, Cloud, property management system or related applications
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
