Client Description

Our client, a medical insurance multi-national company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Job Description

Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide helpdesk support and conduct training to end-users. 
  • Install, upgrade and configure computer hardware, operating systems and software.
  • Perform servers and systems administration, maintenance, backup and restore.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network, servers and IT infrastructure related issues.
  • Prepare and update documentation and perform inventory tracking.
  • Assist to deploy varies IT projects and policies.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Higher diploma or above qualification in computer science or IT related discipline
  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • 3 years’ experience in IT support role and Windows based Server & Network administration
  • Strong experience in Helpdesk, PC, Server & Network support including WIN 10, Office 2016, Server 2008/2012 R2, AD, O365, Firewall 
  • and VPN.
  • Experience in Java, PHP, Apache, .NET, VB, C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL server support will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill 
  • Good communication skill, customer-oriented and good team player 
  • Responsible, attention to detail and self-motivated
