Our client, a prestigious financial group with global presence, is looking for a senior leader in driving their IT Strategy, Architecture and Change Management. This role will be a key strategic role in driving the future IT Strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technology transformation and strategy build with CIO, Business Executives, Technology leaders, global and regional counterparters.
  • Develop Technology strategy including Cloud Solutions, IoT, Machine Learning, enterprise applications to align with the business and organizational goals.
  • Manage the technology transformation and transition across requirement collection and review. Identify potential aps and mismatches of applications platform.
  • Ability to identify the legacy system management strategy across what to keep and maintain, what to transform and revamp with new technology.
  • Develop new innovation and strategy in both business / technology with new trends / framework (e.g. Analytics, Big Data, IoT, Machine Learning)
  • Provide leadership and direction to the innovation team in building POC and business cases.
  • Develop integration plan and functionality for different application platform, decide on back-end systems change and integration.
  • Be part of the steering committee to ensure the transformation and integration projects are aligning the firm strategy results, business goals, cost reduction, efficiency improvement etc.
  • Act as the Change Leader is driving Agile Management, efficiency improvement, tech operation streamline etc.
  • Communicate with the international and global technology leaders and counterparts, in feedback of technology selection, effectiveness and difficulties. Constantly provide feedbacks on technology approaches and selections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing large scale technology transformation and business strategy.
  • In-depth technology experience to understand various integration technology requirements.
  • Proven solution architecture experience on large scale technology platform.
  • Proven experience in people management, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities across different geographies and culture.
  • Extensive experience across organizational structure and operations.
  • Understanding of Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Great knowledge of business process and change management.
  • Experience in leading Agile Transformation is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skill with different senior stakeholders. Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (Ideally Cantonese) communications essential.
  • MBA / Master Degree from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • Certification in TOGAF, COBIT is preferred.
