  • Provide daily supports to end users andperform helpdesk function
  • Responsible for daily server operations,network maintenance and monitoring
  • Hardware and software assetmanagement
  • Assist for server&network deviceconfiguration and documentation
  • Assist in ad hoc projects asassigned


  • Higher Diploma or above in IT, ComputerScience or related discipline
  • 1 year relevant experience in technicalsupport
  • Fresh Graduate are alsowelcome
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft, Linux productsand LAN/WAN Networking
  • MCTS / CCNA certification is definitely aplus
  • Positive, responsible and able to workindependently
