Work for an international law firm as an IT Support Analyst, responsible for delivering IT technical support to their internal users. Great exposure and learning opportunities will be provided.

Client Details

Our client is an international law firm, established in Europe with a proven track record of providing highest quality services to their clients across the globe. They are now looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join their IT team as an IT Support Analyst

Description
  • Provide both on-site and remote IT support to internal end-users
  • Perform troubleshoot on PC, hardware, software and etc.
  • Deliver IT training to internal users when required
  • Setup computers, user accounts and mobile phones for new joiners
  • Prepare guideline and training manual
  • Assist in ad-hoc project when requested


Profile
  • Higher Diploma or above in IT/ Computer Science/ related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in an IT support role
  • Prior professional organisation/ financial industry working experience is highly desired but candidate with strong English communication ability will also be considered
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Microsoft server platforms (AD, Exchange), and basic knowledge in network technologies (Router, switch, Wifi)
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • With a service oriented manner and proactive
  • Able to interact with people across all levels (From entry-level staffs to managers and partners)
