POST 1:

Permanent positions with one of the leading commercial corporations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support at 1st and 2nd level on system and network;

  • Implementation and rollout of computer systems with servers, workstations, network or electronic devices and equipment;

  • Perform troubleshooting, administer and maintain application systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines;

  • 1 year or above experience in PC or IT helpdesk support;

  • Good knowledge of MS Windows;

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Knowledge in Mac OS X will be an advantage;

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting on hardware, software, system and related issues;

  • Work with internal and external IT system owners to solve technical issues.

 

Requirements:

  • Familiar with basic PC hardware, Windows Server platform, Microsoft Suite of Office products;

  • IT knowledge of TCP/IP networking, system backup solution, firewall and VPN;

  • Holder of certificates such as MCP, MCSE, or MCITP, CCNA, ITIL is an advantage;

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
