Job Duties:

  • Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
  • Installation and configuration of health IT systems
  • Provide on-site/ remote trouble shooting for technical related problems
  • Oversee daily computer systems operations and performance
  • Provide technical support to end users
  • Perform any other IT duties as assigned by the supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in PC Lan support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support;
  • Experiences in Windows 7/8/10
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good at written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • HK permanent resident is required
