Job Duties:

  • Assist in setting up PCs / notebooks or mobile devices with required software
  • Perform computer health check and inventory take regularly
  • Perform daily data backup 
  • Support day to day troubleshooting and ensure smooth operation

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance / deskside support and troubleshooting will be an advantage
  • Customer focused attitude and willing to learn
  • On-work training / education allowance will be provided
