Job Description: Provide onsite IT technical support to end-users, such as helpdesk, account administrator, etc. Handle hardware and software troubleshooting.
Prepare and review the training material, and provide training for the IT products.
Handle installation and update software and hardware peripherals.
Follow-up with other agreed service providers and hardware/software supplier on maintenance of required hardware/software. Responsible for basic server and network configuration and administration. Prepare generate operation or job log report.

Requirement: Diploma/High Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines. Have 1-2 years’ experience on IT support. Have technical skill and IT support experience on helpdesk and desktop application support.
Knowledge in IT support, such as Microsoft Windows configuration, Desktop Administration, Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge with AD and ADFS is preferred.
Good customer service and soft skill is preferred. Good communication skill and fast learner is must.
English and Mandarin communication is must.
