The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) is a statutory body established by the Government to plan, promote and support the broad development of the arts in Hong Kong. We are now looking for a calibre to provide IT comprehensive service to the Council.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To respond to requests for technical assistance
  • To provide internal IT technical support and assist in system administration, e.g. new user account creation and management
  • To handle daily PC, server and network troubles
  • To generate the required information from the database upon authorized request
  • To perform system monitoring and data backup activities
  • To maintain system documentation, hardware & software inventory
  • To participate in the improvement of all software applications and coordinate with other related parties in developing software systems
  • To coordinate with external hardware and software vendors
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or above

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT with a strong focus on hardware, systems support, and technology deployment
  • Familiar with Windows AD environment
  • Good Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IPv4, Wi-Fi and MS Office applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as customer service skills are essential
  • Able to multi task and work under pressure
  • Be patient, friendly and willing to learn

 

Successful candidate will be offered a 3-year contract. Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
