Job Description:

  • Provide helpdesk support for operating system (eg. windows 10, Mac OS), software (eg. MS Office, etc.) and mobile device setup, basic printer setup and support.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT hardware and applications. Escalate issue and involve second-tier support whenever required in order to resolve issues.
  • Provide first-tier networking and server-side support, video conference equipment health check and setup, basic telephone system support and assist IT related procurement.
  • Perform daily preventive checking for office IT facilities.
  • Receive and log IT service requests and incidents into ticketing system, case monitoring to ensure supporting team close the cases.
  • Coordinate internal IT related project, vendor management and assist system deployments / upgrades with the appropriate internal teams and suppliers.
  • Prepare generate operation report and documentation to ensure appropriate reporting and metrics are being delivered to Manager.

Requirement:

  • High Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
  • 2 years’ or above experience on end user IT support.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft product like Office365, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
  • Good level of knowledge on LAN, WAN and Desktop OS/application support.
  • Knowledge with ADFS is preferred.
  • Experience on IT project coordination is highly preferable.
  • Knowledge in MacOS support is plus.
  • Good written and verbal communications and soft skill is required.
  • Basic English and Mandarin communication are required.
