Our client is a multinational IT Vendor with business focused on providing solutions to a wide spectrum of IT projects. They have created a strong presence in the APAC region by partnering with government organisations and major corporations.

With ongoing needs in technological support, they are keen on expanding their business while looking for an IT Support to join the team. The successful candidate will be working on various projects in a diverse and open environment.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide tier 1 & tier 2 support to all levels of staff
  • Logging general IT support requests and report incidents to responsible team members
  • Escalate calls in a professional and proper manner
  • Troubleshoot problems, use diagnostic tools as needed and escalate the problem when needed
  • Liaising with regional offices and third party suppliers to resolve user support issues
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required by team lead

Profile

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant fields
  • 2-3 years of experience as IT support, preferably MNCs or banking environments
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, and O365
  • Exposure to Active Directory would be a plus
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
