• F.7 or above
• minimum 2 years relevant experiences on IT Frontline Support Service
• ability to multitask
structured, self-organized, sense of responsibility and being task oriented
• service mindedness, patience, mature, helpful, humble and commitment
• good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and 2010 solution platforms, possibly Microsoft SharePoint, Azure Active Directory admin center and Microsoft 365 admin center
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediately Available Preferred

Job Responsibilities:
• has the ability to teach and train users in an understandable way
• have a big heart for Service and gets the motivation from helping and talking to users
• work integrated into a virtual team distributed world-wide
• daily support of our users in the Asia Pacific offices in person, by telephone and by email
• maintain the mail groups for Global Sourcing offices
• ad-hoc onsite support tasks
