Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support on desktop computers and mobile devices, hardware and software installation and maintenance services
  • Provide assistant support to LAN administration
  • Participate in IT inventory and security maintenance

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
  • 1 year relevant working experience in Helpdesk / IT Support
  • Knowledge in PC, mobile, Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Knowledge in LAN is an advantage
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills with pleasant working attitude
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Qualified MCSE/MCP is preferable
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
