Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily monitoring of IT system health status
  • Perform configuration, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of hardware and software, network systems and IT equipment
  • Provide onsite support for end users on all IT related issues
  • Assist in project support and ad hoc technical assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred
  • Experiences with Window/Linux OS environment
  • Knowledge in LAN/WAN, Server administration, network infrastructure including router/switch or firewall, Active Directory and security technology, etc.
  • CCNA, MCP or MCSE holder will be definitely an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate are also welcome
