Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administration, maintenance, setup and configuration of IT infrastructure includes network, Window servers, security systems and hardware
  • Perform day-to-day helpdesk support to users, both onsite and remote
  • Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot IT related problems 
  • Work with external vendors for hardware and software evaluation and procurement
  • Assist in stock keeping and control of equipment inventory record
  • Perform routine IT operations including system monitoring / administration, logs review and data backup
  • Provide IT support for end-users and prepare the IT document and reporting
  • Prepare and maintain IT policy, procedure and working manual
  • Handle ad hoc IT related projects assigned

Requirements: 

  • Diploma in Computer Sciences or related discipline or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration or IT support
  • Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a Windows environment
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) is an advantage
  • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
