Responsibilities:
Provide service/technical support to the customers, trouble shoot and resolve customers’ problem in network system and PC system on desk, including system software installation and maintenance, as well as communication with customers to ensure system working in good condition.

Requirements:

  • College or above, major in Computer Science or Science and Technology fields.
  • Over 2 years experience in a technical support role.
  • Good knowledge of the installation, application and maintenance of all versions of Windows.
  • Familiar with the installation and maintenance of various application soft wares.
  • Good skills of MCSE and CCNA.
  • Good knowledge of the troubleshooting and safety of email system.
  • Familiar with IBM Lotus Notes is a plus.
  • Good team work spirit, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility for work.
  • Good communication skill, able to communicate with customers effectively.
  • Good command in English, especially in reading and writing.
