A leading luxury retail company is now expanding their call centre and they're currently looking to hire a Japanese Customer Services Officer to join their prestigious team. Client Details

Our client is a leading luxury retail company within the fashion industry. They are well-known across the globe and have over 100 retail stores worldwide.

Description
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Update database and maintain its accuracy
  • Provide monthly management report
  • Follow up with feedback for customer review
  • Assist with any ad hoc projects when assigned


Profile
  • Previous call centre experience is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Spoken Japanese is a definite advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Keen to develop a career within the customer service field
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
