Being listed and recommended on the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau for the third year in a row, Robatayaki is now looking for a passionate Master Chef to showcase expertise, creativity and charisma.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have solid training and a proven track record in well established Japanese cuisine restaurants, best with traditional Robatayaki experience
  • Be creative and be able to develop menus with special food promotions to expand customer base and profits
  • Excel the quality of the food and service at all times
  • Have a good knowledge of costing, pricing and recipe & menu control
  • Achieve the desired business goals 
  • Maximize the potential of employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through appropriate training and/or coaching
  • Be ambitious, outgoing, highly motivated and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to speak English and Japanese, Chinese is an advantage
