Position: Japanese Speaking (Japanese Interpreter and many positions from background fields in Marketing, Accounting, HR, Planning Engineer)

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Interpretation during meetings or conversations, and language translation of documents
  • Facilitate accurate communication to team and provide secretarial support and administrative services for Japanese management
  • Support admin project team for productivity / quality / cost improvement together with team
  • Participate in meeting with customers and coordinate via phone calls or emails
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter

Ethics

  • Manage work schedule to meet deadlines

 

Qualification:

  • Male or Female, Age is above 23 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Japanese, Linguistics, or related field.
  • Must have at least two years’ experience in interpretation and translation including a strong emphasis on simultaneous translation
  • Japanese Language Proficiency test at least N3 or above
  • Strong communication skill – written and verbal
  • Good attitude, service mind and coordination skills
  • Strong communication skill – written and verbal in Japanese and English communication skills will be advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience with either technical, automotive, and or manufacturing terms is a plus
