Our client, a reputable Japanese real estate company, is seeking for an accounting & administration support staff to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to accounting function such as preparing supporting documents for bookkeeping, handling petty cash, preparing payroll slip, liaise with external auditors and accounting firm, etc.
  • Perform basic office administrative duties
  • Provide sales support such as answering calls from customers and owners, liaising with contractors and customers for after service purpose 
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in administration/ office support.  Experience in accounting function is advantageous.
  • Native level in Cantonese.  Business level in spoken & written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Supportive and accept multi tasks in a small office environment
  • Eager to have Saturday work (alternative week half day work)
