Member of Japanese listed company - business focus in electronic component trading of own brand name with 50 staff in TST regional office  –  we are looking for a JAPANESE SPEAKING BUSINESS OPERATION ASST -  with details as follows :

  • DSE or Diploma holder
  • Business level Japanse, English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level II or above
  • 2 to 5 years working experience in order processing/operation/logistics/sales coordination; or equivalent
  • China trade experience is a plus
  • Report to the Business Operation Manager
  • Responsible for China trade business operation with I/E shipment coordination and arrangement
  • Coordinate with customers for orders processing
  • Parts inventory management
  • Prepare sales & purchase reports
  • System data input
  • No trips needed
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 10 days, increase upto max 21 days 
  • 13 months salary + TWO performance bonus per year
