Our client, a reputable Japanese entertainment developer, is seeking for a HR & Admin professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll calculations, MPF, salary tax, orientation, staff records maintenance, etc.
  • Assist to review and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance
  • Assist in handling annual HR projects including performance appraisal, group medical insurance renewal and medical check up
  • Provide full spectrum of office administration functions including procurement and replenishment of office supplies, office maintenance and renovation & relocation projects
  • Ensure a good standards of office environment including maintenance, security and cleaning services
  • Provide secretarial supports to Japanese expatriate, including hotel & air ticket reservation
  • Support receptionist and other ad-hoc duty as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • At least 3 years working experience in HR and Administration field
  • Working experience in Japanese company is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
