Our client, a reputable global luxury brand, is seeking for a high-calibre HR professional to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • End to end responsibility for HR administration tasks including processing starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee status regarding right to work, and other ad hoc requests using SAP HR and SuccessFactors
  • Provide information to 3rd parties as required with regards to employment status and salary etc.
  • Deliver all agreed calendared employee lifecycle events ensuring compliance with policy and legislation are met
  • Maintain all HR employee records / paperwork, ensuring the HR employee files contain all appropriate and accurate information at all times and as legally required
  • Draft offer paperwork for potential hires, processing reference requests and handling all new starter paperwork, including supporting the new starter on their first day with on-boarding paperwork. Represent the Employee Services function at on-boarding sessions
  • Support monthly SAP HR data audit for payroll and periodic data cleanse in SAP HR
  • Update organization charts to reflect an accurately proposed organisation structures
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment
  • Highly proficient, competent user in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of HR systems, SAP and SuccessFactors preferred
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in working with data
  • All tasks performed on time and as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Customer focused, service oriented
  • Flexible team player, with a passion and drive for HR; thrive on change and adaptable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential as well as Japanese (at least JLPT N1)
